Protecting our energy is a powerful and essential self-care tool if we wish to release our fears and move into a power-filled state.
Why we need protection:
Beyond our physical bodies, we are energy beings. This means that we are susceptible to positive and negative energy, both seen and unseen. It is an unsettling thought, especially if our experiences make us feel off-balance, drained, anxious, or in danger. When we know how to protect ourselves, we are no longer at the behest of others. Protection ensures that we can fully be ourselves and not subject to those who are trying-- knowingly or unintentionally-- to drain our energy. In addition, it can help prevent the mental, physical, and emotional consequences of exposure to toxic and invasive energy from others.

This Sunday begins the next season in my Monthly Wellness Webinars. These one-hour sessions focus on teaching tools to help you take care of yourself. Each month is a different topic, and with this focus, we learn various ways to address our stress, anxiety, our digestive discomforts, and more.
My focus is to empower you to heal from the inside-out. We learn to take actionable steps to regain our personal power, let go of habitual negative thought patterns, shed our veils of inadequacy, strengthen our intuition, and learn to confidently walk through our lives with greater ease and connection to ourselves, each other, our families, and the world.

As we move through these uncertain times, there is one thing of which I am certain - now is the time to heal.
Now is the time to heal the planet, heal each other, tend to old wounds, and heal ourselves.
My question for you is what in you needs healing? What areas of your body? What areas in your life?
Cultivating a healing practice isn't just about becoming a reiki, reflexology, or holistic practitioner. In fact, many of my students take my classes for themselves and their families. Learning integrative wellness tools is about empowering you to bring the healing back into your own hands.
When we heal ourselves we have the capacity to construct and co-create a better future for ourselves, our family, our communities and, I believe, ultimately the world. I teach because I too need healing - and healing together is a powerful-powerful thing!
Classes give us the opportunity to adopt new methods for healing, learn self-care tools, heal our relationship with ourselves and others, and unlock the belief systems that keep us in patterns of pain.
