In this one-hour webinar you will learn practical self-care tools for tending to infections associated with influenza viruses and the coronavirus. You will learn how to strengthen the immune and respiratory systems pre-exposure (aka prep and prevention!), what self-care tools to employ during infection, and what you can do from a holistic perspective post infection. While there are many viruses, we will be focusing on the infections with influenza viruses and coronavirus, as well as touching on the common cold.
This is a live on-line class to be conducted over the Zoom platform. If you are unable to be present you will receive the video and corresponding PDF within 4 days of the live event to view on your own time. Attendees that watch the live or recorded webinar will answer a few questions about the webinar to receive a certificate indicating 1 ARCB Continuing Education Credit.
