Professional Reflexology Program
Reflexology is a non-invasive manual technique that helps to support the body's natural healing process. There are reflexology points on your hands and feet that correspond to every part of the body. Reflexology aids in the reduction of tension and stress, promotes relaxation, aids in the detoxification process, increases blood flow, and helps to improve endocrine, circulation, and immune systems. According to the National Board, Reflexology is a uses manual techniques, such as thumb and finger-walking, hook and backup, and rotating-on-a-point, applied to specific reflex areas on the feet, hands, ears, and face. These techniques stimulate the complex neural pathways linking body systems to support the body’s efforts to function optimally. The effectiveness of reflexology is recognized worldwide by various national health institutions and the public at large as a distinct complementary practice within the holistic health field.
