Hello friends, This time last year, I taught a 90-minute webinar on self-care tools for managing stress and anxiety and boosting the immune system. A year later, we still struggle with collective unease and substantial uncertainty. We know that viruses proliferate when stress is present, which lowers our immune response and makes us more vulnerable to viruses, infection, and disease. Many people, vaccinated or not, still live in fear and feel insecure about seeing friends and going into public spaces. How can we tend to our fear and stress? Self-care! Regardless of whether we are in a pandemic or not, it is vitally important to strengthen our immune system, calm our nervous system, and invigorate our inner body to help combat fear, anxiety, and sickness.
