Hello fabulous humans! Here is the video for the Energy Protection webinar I did last Sunday. It is an hour long and chock full of various self-care tools to cleanse and protect your energy. Enjoy! With love, light, and enduring health, Chantel Join me Sunday, December 27th for my upcoming FREE webinar on Cleansing & Protecting Your Energy - the most important self-care tool! Protecting our energy is a powerful and essential self-care tool if we wish to release our fears and move into a power-filled state.
Why we need protection: Beyond our physical bodies, we are energy beings. This means that we are susceptible to positive and negative energy, both seen and unseen. It is an unsettling thought, especially if our experiences make us feel off-balance, drained, anxious, or in danger. When we know how to protect ourselves, we are no longer at the behest of others. Protection ensures that we can fully be ourselves and not subject to those who are trying-- knowingly or unintentionally-- to drain our energy. In addition, it can help prevent the mental, physical, and emotional consequences of exposure to toxic and invasive energy from others. You can benefit from this class if you: ~ are sensitive to other people's energy ~ can feel energy in spaces ~ react strongly to negative energy ~ are interested in energy medicine ~ have strong intuition but are afraid to use it ~ want to cultivate your psychic abilities ~ have difficulty establishing boundaries This class will teach you how to cleanse your physical and spiritual self and strengthen the energetic field within and around you. If you would like to sign-up for this class or know someone who could benefit from taking it, visit Upcoming Classes. I look forward to seeing you. With love, light, and enduring health! Chantel In this video, we discussed education during COVID and beyond. If you're not a reflexologist, it may not be your cup of tea. BUT if you're interested in self-care to boost your creativity, I got you! Just go to minute 18:50, to learn a Taoist Exercise, Mudra, and Reflexology Points for the Limbic System. What's the limbic system, you ask? Long story short, it's the structures and glands in your brain that control and regulate memory, emotions and behavior! Enjoy! Happy "Thankful for You Every Day" Day!

FIRST CLASS IS THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 15TH AT 10AM PST / 1PM ET TO REGISTER CLICK HERE Sponsored in part by the Reflexology Association of California. This reflexology minute is dedicated to the mid-back and thoracic spine. To address pain in your mid-back or issues related to this area you can thumbwalk down the medial aspect of your hand from the base of the thumb to the wrist. These are the reflexology points for the thoracic vertebrae (T1-T12). This area is also good to work if you experience pain, discomfort, or lack of balance in the organs located within your thorax. Because there are nerves that branch out from your spine that innervate various organs and other areas of the body, a pain can originate in the spine or back but can also affect the organ or gland that nerve relates out to. If can also be the opposite. I have found that if my stomach is elevated due to an acidic gut that part of my mid-back will actually go out and I'll experience pain in the muscle just to the left (or right) of that vertebra. It's similar to reflexology in that way - inside out and outside in. Today use the reflexology points located in your hands to address your mid-back. You will do both hands as all areas of the body that are central (i.e. the spine) are reflected in both hands. This technique doesn't have to be a replacement for massage or chiropractic work, if you find those methods are effective for your back pain. Reflexology is an excellent complementary practice that is great when used in conjunction with other physical therapies or medical care. This hand reflexology technique is a self-care technique that can assist and deepen your healing process. So rubs those paws and see what happens! Photo Credit: Janette Paule
